भीष्मपर्व — अध्याय 54: फल्गुन-प्रतिरोधः, सौबली-व्यूह-विध्वंसः, दुर्योधन-भीष्म-संवादः
एको भीम: परं शक्त्या युध्यत्येव महाभुज: । केवल बाहुवीर्येण क्षत्रधर्ममनुस्मरन्,“एकमात्र महाबाहु भीमसेन ही क्षत्रिय-धर्मका विचार करता हुआ केवल बाहुबलके भरोसे अपनी पूरी शक्ति लगाकर युद्ध कर रहा है
eko bhīmaḥ paraṃ śaktyā yudhyatyeva mahābhujaḥ | kevala-bāhuvīryeṇa kṣatradharmam anusmaran |
Sañjaya thưa: “Chỉ riêng Bhīma, bậc hùng dũng tay dài, đang chiến đấu với sức lực tột bậc—chỉ nương vào dũng lực của đôi tay, mà vẫn ghi nhớ dharma của chiến sĩ.”
