तत्रैकस्थं जगत् कृत्स्नं प्रविभक्तमनेकथा । अपश्यद् देवदेवस्य शरीरे पाण्डवस्तदा,पाण्डुपुत्र अर्जुनने उस समय अनेक प्रकारसे विभक्त अर्थात् पृथक्-पृथक् सम्पूर्ण जगतको देवोंके देव श्रीकृष्ण भगवानके उस शरीरमें एक जगह स्थित देखाः
tatraikasthaṃ jagat kṛtsnaṃ pravibhaktam anekadhā | apaśyad devadevasya śarīre pāṇḍavas tadā ||
Sañjaya nói: Ngay tại đó, vào khoảnh khắc ấy, con trai của Pandu—Arjuna—đã thấy trong thân thể của Krishna, Thần của các thần, toàn thể vũ trụ tụ hội ở một nơi, tuy hiện ra trong vô số phân chia và hình tướng khác nhau. Thị kiến ấy cho thấy: đằng sau cơn bão đạo lý của chiến tranh là một trật tự thần linh bao trùm, nơi muôn sai biệt được gìn giữ trong một thực tại duy nhất, tối thượng.
