Educational Q&A

Faith-filled worship directed to various deities ultimately reaches the one Supreme, yet it is considered incomplete when performed without correct understanding and the proper, prescribed orientation toward the highest principle.

In the midst of Krishna’s instruction to Arjuna on devotion and worship, this verse explains how people who worship other deities with sincerity are still, in essence, worshipping the Supreme—though not in the fully correct or duly ordered way.
