Kurukṣetra-sainyadarśana and Arjuna-viṣāda (धर्मक्षेत्रे समवेता युयुत्सवः — अर्जुनविषाद)
दुर्ग तरति चावश्यं तथा चौरैरविंमुच्यते । संग्रामे विजयेन्नित्यं लक्ष्मी प्राप्रोति केवलाम्,वह दुर्गग संकटसे अवश्य पार हो जाता है। चोर भी उसे छोड़ देते हैं। वह संग्राममें सदा विजयी होता और विशुद्ध लक्ष्मी प्राप्त करता है
durgaṁ tarati cāvaśyaṁ tathā caurair avimucyate | saṅgrāme vijayen nityaṁ lakṣmīṁ prāpnoti kevalām ||
Sañjaya thưa: Người ấy ắt vượt qua những cửa ải hiểm nghèo; cũng vậy, khi gặp bọn trộm cướp, vẫn không bị bỏ rơi. Trong chiến trận, người ấy luôn chiến thắng, và đạt được phúc lộc thanh tịnh, trọn vẹn—một vận may không vấy bẩn bởi điều phi nghĩa.
