मृद्यमानाश्न दृश्यन्ते पार्थेन नरयूथपा: । इषुभिस्ताड्यमानाश् नाराचैश्व सहस्रश:
mṛdyamānāś ca dṛśyante pārthena narayūthapāḥ | iṣubhis tāḍyamānāś ca nārācaiś ca sahasraśaḥ ||
Sañjaya nói: “Các thủ lĩnh của những đội quân người ta được thấy bị Pārtha nghiền nát; bị mũi tên của chàng đánh dồn dập—những mũi tên sắt hàng nghìn—mà bị nhấn chìm trong cơn xô dồn của chiến trận.”
