पुनर्विव्याध विंशत्या शरै: संनतपर्वभि: । कोसलनरेशने लोहेके बने हुए पाँच बाणोंसे अर्जुनकुमारको घायल करके पुनः झुकी हुई गाँठवाले बीस बाणोंद्वारा उन्हें क्षत-विक्षत कर दिया

Sañjaya thưa: Một lần nữa, hắn đâm xuyên chàng bằng hai mươi mũi tên có khớp cong. Theo đạo nghĩa nghiêm khắc của chiến địa, kẻ giao tranh không hề ngơi tay, liên tiếp bắn những phát tên chuẩn xác làm hoàng tử—con của Arjuna—bị thương nặng, khi cuộc giành thắng lợi càng thêm gay gắt.
