Adhyāya 90: Babhruvāhana’s Reception and the Commencement of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Aśvamedha
दिव्यपुष्पविमर्दाश्व॒ साधोर्दानलवैश्व तै: । विप्रस्थ तपसा तस्य शिरो मे काउ्चनीकृतम्
divyapuṣpavimardāśva sādhordānalavaiś ca taiḥ | viprastha tapasā tasya śiro me kāñcanīkṛtam ||
Người cha vợ nói: “Do giẫm lên những đóa hoa thiên giới rơi xuống, do chạm vào bùn lầy tạo bởi nước rơi tại đó, do chuyên tâm vào những hạt cơm vụn rơi ra khi vị Bà-la-môn thánh thiện ấy đang bố thí, và hơn hết là nhờ uy lực khổ hạnh (tapas) của vị Bà-la-môn khổ tu ấy, đầu ta đã biến thành vàng.”
