अर्जुनदुःखहेतुप्रश्नः — Inquiry into the cause of Arjuna’s recurring hardship

मत्तप्रमत्तमुदितं सुप्रीतयुवतीजनम् । मृदज्रशड्खनादैश्व मनोरमम भूत् तदा
matta-pramattam uditaṁ suprīta-yuvatī-janam | mṛdaṅga-śaṅkha-nādaiś ca manoramaṁ abhūt tadā ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: Khi ấy, tất cả những ai bước vào khu vực tế lễ đều hân hoan đến ngây ngất, như say men vui, tinh thần bừng sáng. Từng nhóm thiếu nữ thong dong qua lại với niềm thích thú lớn lao. Và tiếng trống cùng tiếng tù và ốc vang dội khiến vẻ đẹp và không khí hội hè của đại sảnh yajña càng thêm mê hoặc.
