शकुनेः पुत्रेण सह आश्वमेधाश्वविषयः संघर्षः — Arjuna’s restrained engagement with Śakuni’s son during the horse-escort

ब्राह्मणानां विशां चैव बहुमृष्टान्नमृद्धिमत्‌ । पूर्णे शतसहस्रे तु विप्राणां तत्र भुञज्जताम्‌

brāhmaṇānāṁ viśāṁ caiva bahumṛṣṭānnam ṛddhimat | pūrṇe śatasahasre tu viprāṇāṁ tatra bhuñjatām ||

Vaiśampāyana nói: “Dành cho các Bà-la-môn và giai cấp Vaiśya, người ta chuẩn bị lương thực dồi dào, nấu nướng tinh tươm, phong phú và thịnh hậu. Quả thật, khi tròn một trăm nghìn Bà-la-môn ngồi đó dùng bữa, nghi lễ ấy phô bày rõ rệt sự tận tâm của nhà vua đối với việc bố thí rộng rãi và tôn kính đúng phép những bậc học giả.”
