वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights dharma through proper honoring of a worthy guest—especially one embodying righteousness. Reverent reception (arcana/satkāra) is presented as an ethical duty that sustains social and spiritual order after conflict.
Kṛṣṇa remains at that place, having been respectfully received. Vidura and Yuyutsu, both associated with integrity and restraint, offer him due honor, indicating continued allegiance to dharma in the post-war setting.
