Abhimanyu’s Śrāddha; Vyāsa’s Assurance of the Unborn Heir (अभिमन्योः श्राद्धं तथा गर्भरक्षणोपदेशः)
किमब्रवीत् त्वां संग्रामे सुभद्रां मातरं प्रति
Vaiśampāyana uvāca:
kim abravīt tvāṁ saṅgrāme Subhadrāṁ mātaraṁ prati,
kaccin mukhaṁ na Govinda tenājau vikṛtaṁ kṛtam |
Vaiśampāyana nói: “Trên chiến địa, chàng đã nói gì với ngài về mẹ mình là Subhadrā? Và hỡi Govinda, trong trận ấy gương mặt chàng có bị biến dạng vì kinh hãi chăng? Chàng có vì sợ hãi mà quay lưng rồi bị giết không, hay chàng ngã xuống mà vẫn giữ trọn sự điềm tĩnh?”
