Marutta Seeks a Priest: Bṛhaspati’s Refusal and Nārada’s Guidance to Saṃvarta
Chapter 6
मरुत्त उवाच संजीवितो&5हं भवता वाक्येनानेन नारद | पश्येयं क््व नु संवर्त शंस मे वदतां वर
Marutta uvāca—saṃjīvito ’haṃ bhavatā vākyenānena Nārada | paśyeyaṃ kva nu Saṃvarta śaṃsa me vadatāṃ vara ||
Marutta nói: “Ôi Nārada, bậc tối thượng trong lời nói, nhờ những lời ấy của ngài mà ta như được hồi sinh. Xin cho ta biết—ta có thể được diện kiến Saṃvarta ở đâu? Hãy chỉ dạy để ta đến gần người cho phải lẽ, hầu không bị ruồng bỏ. Nếu ngay cả người cũng khước từ lời thỉnh cầu của ta, ta không thể tiếp tục sống nữa.”
