विशीर्णबन्धने तस्मिन् गते कृष्णाजिने महीम्
viśīrṇabandhane tasmin gate kṛṣṇājine mahīm, vidaśyāsthen valmīkaṁ viveśātha sa kuṇḍale |
Vaiśampāyana nói: “Khi mối buộc đã đứt và tấm da linh dương đen rơi xuống đất, một con rắn tình cờ trông thấy. Đó là Takṣaka, sinh trong dòng dõi Airāvata. Thấy đôi khuyên tai nạm ngọc được giấu trong tấm da, nó lập tức ngoạm lấy bằng răng và trườn vào một ụ mối.”
