Chapter 57

उत्तंक बोले--नरेश्वर! मैं कहाँ आपकी पत्नीको ढूँढ़ता फिरूँगा? मुझे क्योंकर उनका दर्शन हो सकेगा? आप स्वयं ही अपनी पत्नीके पास क्‍यों नहीं चलते? ।।

saudāsa uvāca | tāṁ drakṣyati bhavān adya kasmiṁścid vananirjhare | ṣaṣṭhe kāle na hi mayā sā śakyā draṣṭum adya vai ||

Uttaṅka thưa: “Muôn tâu Đại vương! Thần phải đi tìm hoàng hậu của bệ hạ ở đâu? Làm sao thần có thể được diện kiến bà? Cớ sao chính bệ hạ không tự mình đến bên hoàng hậu?” Saudāsa đáp: “Hỡi Bà-la-môn, hôm nay ngươi sẽ thấy nàng ở một mạch suối trong rừng. Nhưng vào phần thứ sáu của ngày này, ta không thể gặp nàng ngay bây giờ—đó không phải lúc ta có thể thấy nàng.”
