असंरोधेन भूतानां वृत्तिं लिप्सेत मोक्षवित्‌ न चान्यमन्नं लिप्सेत भिक्षमाण: कथंचन

Transliteration

asaṃrodhena bhūtānāṃ vṛttiṃ lipseta mokṣavit | na cānyam annaṃ lipseta bhikṣamāṇaḥ kathaṃcana ||

Translation

Vāyu nói: “Người biết con đường giải thoát phải tìm kế sinh nhai mà không cản trở sự sống của các loài hữu tình khác. Và khi khất thực, trong bất cứ hoàn cảnh nào cũng chớ khởi tâm mong cầu thức ăn nào ngoài phần mà thí chủ tự nguyện dâng trao.”
