सर्व एते गुणा वृत्तास्तामसा: सम्प्रकीर्तिता: । ये चान्ये विहिता भावा लोके5स्मिन् भावसंज्ञिता:
sarva ete guṇā vṛttās tāmasāḥ samprakīrtitāḥ | ye cānye vihitā bhāvā loke 'smin bhāvasaṃjñitāḥ ||
Thần Vāyu nói: “Tất cả những khuynh hướng và phẩm tính vừa được mô tả đều được tuyên xưng là thuộc tính tāmasa. Và mọi trạng thái tâm cùng lối hành xử khác, vốn được quy định và thừa nhận trong đời là ‘tình trạng’ hay ‘khuynh hướng’, cũng phải được hiểu trong cùng một phân loại ấy.”
