ऊष्मा प्रकुपित: काये तीव्रवायुसमीरित: । शरीरमनुपर्येत्य सर्वान्‌ प्राणान्‌ रुणद्धि वै,शरीरमें तीव्र वायुसे प्रेरित हो पित्तका प्रकोप बढ़ जाता है और वह शरीरमें फैलकर समस्त प्राणोंकी गतिको रोक देता है

ūṣmā prakupitaḥ kāye tīvravāyusamīritaḥ | śarīram anuparyetya sarvān prāṇān ruṇaddhi vai ||

Nhiệt trong thân—khi bị kích động và bị luồng gió dữ thúc đẩy—lan khắp cơ thể và quả thật ngăn trở sự vận hành của mọi luồng khí sinh mệnh. Trong lời dạy này, bậc Siddha chỉ rõ: sự mất quân bình bên trong có thể lấn át các chức năng của sự sống; vì thế, tự chế và chế độ điều hòa đúng đắn là những đòi hỏi thuộc về dharma để giữ sự sáng suốt, bổn phận và sự vững bền.
