“इन्होंने रत्नमय पर्वतोंसे सुशोभित और प्रचुर दक्षिणासे सम्पन्न अनेक बड़े-बड़े यज्ञ किये हैं, पृथ्वीका राज्य भोगा है और प्रजाका भलीभाँति पालन किया है ।।

Transliteration

putrasaṁsthaṁ ca vipulaṁ rājyaṁ viproṣite tvayi | trayodaśa-samā bhuktaṁ datta ca vividhaṁ vasu ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana nói: “Người đã cử hành nhiều đại tế lễ, dồi dào dakṣiṇā và rực rỡ như được điểm tô bằng những núi châu báu; đã hưởng quyền vương trên cõi đất và chăm lo muôn dân chu toàn. Khi ngài vắng mặt, vương quốc rộng lớn vẫn được giữ vững trong dòng dõi của ngài; suốt mười ba năm, quyền bính được thụ hưởng và cai trị đúng phép, và của cải đủ loại cũng được ban phát làm thí tặng.”
