धृतराष्ट्रस्य पाण्डवेषु प्रीति-वृत्तान्तः | Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Affectionate Disposition toward the Pāṇḍavas
यच्चाहं वासुदेवस्य नाऔ्रैषं वाक्यमर्थवत्
yac cāhaṃ vāsudevasya nāśrauṣaṃ vākyam arthavat
Dhṛtarāṣṭra nói: “Và ta đã không lắng nghe lời khuyên chí nghĩa của Vāsudeva.” Trong lời thú nhận ấy, ông tự nhận một lỗi lầm về đạo lý: vì khước từ lời khuyên minh triết, thuận theo dharma, ông đã góp phần đẩy bánh xe đến chỗ diệt vong, và nay mang nặng nỗi hối hận.
