ययाति-देवयानी-शर्मिष्ठा विवादः — Śukra’s Curse and the Disclosure of Lineage

ततस्तयोर्मिथस्तत्र विरोध: समजायत । देवयान्याश् राजेन्द्र शर्मिष्ठाया श्ष॒ तत्कृते,राजेन्द्र! उस समय वस्त्रोंकी अदला-बदलीको लेकर देवयानी और शर्मिष्ठा दोनोंमें वहाँ परस्पर बड़ा भारी विरोध खड़ा हो गया

tatastayor mithas tatra virodhaḥ samajāyata | devayānyāś ca rājendra śarmiṣṭhāyāś ca tatkṛte ||

Bấy giờ, tâu đại vương, tại đó đã nảy sinh một cuộc cãi vã dữ dội giữa hai người. Vì chuyện ấy, Devayānī và Śarmiṣṭhā đối đầu nhau gay gắt.
