Duḥṣanta–Śakuntalā: Gandharva Marriage and Succession Condition
तुष्टोडभिचारसंयुक्तमाचचक्षे यथाविधि । उवाच चैनां भगवान् प्रीतो5स्मि सुभगे तव,भगवान् दुर्वासाने संतुष्ट होकर पृथाको प्रयोग-विधिसहित एक मन्त्रका विधिपूर्वक उपदेश किया और कहा--'सुभगे! मैं तुमपर बहुत प्रसन्न हूँ
tuṣṭo 'bhicārasaṃyuktam ācacakṣe yathāvidhi | uvāca caināṃ bhagavān prīto 'smi subhage tava ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: Hài lòng, bậc hiền thánh đã đúng phép truyền dạy cho nàng một thần chú, gắn với cách ứng dụng trong nghi lễ, và chỉ bày theo đúng trình tự. Rồi đấng tôn giả nói: “Hỡi người nữ phúc hậu, ta rất hài lòng về nàng.”
