कुरुवंशप्रश्नः—दुःषन्तस्य राजधर्मवर्णनम्

य इदं श्रावयेद्‌ विद्वान्‌ ये चेदं शृणुयुर्नरा: । ते ब्रह्मण: स्थानमेत्य प्राप्रुयुर्देवतुल्यताम्‌,जो विद्वान्‌ इस आख्यानको सुनाता है और जो मनुष्य सुनते हैं, वे ब्रह्मतोकमें जाकर देवताओंके समान हो जाते हैं

ya idaṁ śrāvayed vidvān ye cedaṁ śṛṇuyur narāḥ | te brahmaṇaḥ sthānam etya prāpnuyur devatulyatām ||

Vaiśampāyana nói: Người học giả đọc tụng thiên truyện linh thiêng này, và những người nghe nó, sẽ đạt đến cõi của Phạm Thiên (Brahmā) và trở nên ngang hàng với chư thiên.
