त॑ प्रविश्याश्रमं दृष्टवा भुगोर्भार्यामनिन्दिताम् हृच्छयेन समाविष्टो विचेता: समपद्यत,आश्रममें प्रवेश करते ही उसकी दृष्टि महर्षि भूगुकी पतितव्रता पत्नीपर पड़ी और वह कामदेवके वशीभूत हो अपनी सुध-बुध खो बैठा
taṁ praviśyāśramaṁ dṛṣṭvā bhṛgor bhāryām aninditām | hṛcchayena samāviṣṭo vicetāḥ samapadyata ||
Bước vào am thất, hắn trông thấy người vợ vô tì vết của Bhṛgu. Dục vọng chụp lấy tim gan, hắn mất hết tự chủ, tâm trí mờ tối, không còn sáng suốt.
