Transliteration

Sautir uvāca: tathety uktvā tataḥ sarve kādraveyāḥ samāgatāḥ | samayaṃ cakrire tatra mantrabuddhiviśāradāḥ ||

Translation

Sauti nói: Sau khi đáp “Đúng vậy”, tất cả các con của Kadru đều tụ hội. Tại đó, vốn tinh thông mưu lược và chính sách, họ lập một lời ước định và ấn định đường lối hành động—cho thấy ý chí chung được rèn nên bằng nghị luận và trí tuệ chiến lược.
