तवैव कर्म विहितं भूतं सर्व चराचरम् । त्वया55पो विहिता: पूर्व त्वयि सर्वमिदं जगत्,तथा आपके ही द्वारा कर्मोंका विधान किया गया है और सम्पूर्ण चराचर प्राणियोंकी उत्पत्ति भी आपसे ही हुई है। आपसे ही पूर्वकालमें जलकी सृष्टि हुई है और आपमें ही यह सम्पूर्ण जगत् प्रतिष्ठित है
tavaiva karma vihitaṃ bhūtaṃ sarvaṃ carācaram | tvayāpo vihitāḥ pūrvaṃ tvayi sarvam idaṃ jagat |
Mandapāla thưa với Đấng Tối Thượng rằng: chính Ngài một mình thiết lập trật tự của nghiệp và định mệnh; từ Ngài mà toàn thể muôn loài động và bất động sinh khởi. Thuở nguyên sơ, chính Ngài đã khai sinh nước trước hết, và trong Ngài, toàn vũ trụ này được an lập vững bền.
