ततोअर्जुनो वेगवद्धिज्वलिताग्रैरजिद्ागै: । शरैर्विध्वंसयामास गिरे: शृड़ं सहस्रधा,यह देख अर्जुनने प्रज्वलित नोकवाले वेगवान् एवं सीधे जानेवाले बाणोंद्वारा उस पर्वत-शिखरको हजारों टुकड़े करके गिरा दिया
