नैषा तव ममैषेति ततस्तौ मन्युराविशत् | तस्या रूपेण सम्मत्तौ विगतस्नेहसौहदी,“यह तुम्हारी नहीं है, मेरी है'' यही कहते-कहते उन दोनोंको क्रोध चढ़ आया। तिलोत्तमाके रूपसे मतवाले होकर वे दोनों स्नेह और सौहार्दसे शून्य हो गये

Nārada nói: Cứ lặp đi lặp lại: “Nàng không phải của ngươi—nàng là của ta,” cơn giận đã xâm chiếm cả hai. Mê muội trước sắc đẹp của Tilottamā, họ say sưa trong dục vọng và bị tước sạch mọi tình thâm cùng nghĩa bạn bè đối với nhau.
