The Account of Āṇīmāṇḍavya and the Birth of Vidura
एवं स गुणसम्पन्नो धर्मार्थकुशलो नृप: । आसीदू भरतवंशस्य गोप्ता सर्वजनस्य च,इस प्रकार उत्तम गुणोंसे सम्पन्न एवं धर्म और अर्थके साधनमें कुशल राजा शान्तनु भरतवंशका पालन तथा सम्पूर्ण प्रजाकी रक्षा करते थे
evaṃ sa guṇasampanno dharmārthakuśalo nṛpaḥ | āsīd bharatavaṃśasya goptā sarvajanasya ca ||
Vì thế, vua Śāntanu—đầy đủ mỹ đức và tinh thông phương cách thực hành dharma và artha—đã làm người hộ trì dòng Bharata và che chở toàn thể thần dân.
