एवं पृष्टो5ब्रवीत्‌ सम्यग्‌ यथावल्लौमहर्षणि: । वाक्‍्यं वचनसम्पन्नस्तेषां च चरिताश्रयम्‌

Transliteration

evaṁ pṛṣṭo ’bravīt samyag yathāval lomaharṣaṇiḥ | vākyaṁ vacanasampannas teṣāṁ ca caritāśrayam ||

Translation

Được hỏi như vậy, Lomaharṣaṇa đáp lại đúng đắn, theo trật tự phải lẽ. Lời ông tròn đầy, khéo chọn ngôn từ, và nương trên những hành trạng cùng truyện đời của các bậc xưa, lấy đức hạnh và việc làm của họ làm chỗ tựa cho lời nói.
