अविमुक्तक्षेत्रमाहात्म्य — काशी-वाराणसी में मोक्ष, लिङ्ग-तीर्थ-मानचित्र, और उपासना-विधि

विटपनिचयलीनं नीलकण्ठाभिरामं मदमुदितविहङ्गं प्राप्तनादाभिरामम् कुसुमिततरुशाखालीनमत्तद्विरेफं नवकिसलयशोभाशोभितं प्रांशुशाखम्

viṭapanicayalīnaṃ nīlakaṇṭhābhirāmaṃ madamuditavihaṅgaṃ prāptanādābhirāmam kusumitataruśākhālīnamattadvirephaṃ navakisalayaśobhāśobhitaṃ prāṃśuśākham

Khu rừng ấy ẩn trong những cụm cây dày, khả ái bởi sự hiện diện của Đấng Cổ Xanh (Nīlakaṇṭha), tức Śiva. Chim chóc hân hoan làm đầy nơi ấy bằng tiếng hót du dương. Trên cành hoa, ong say bám chặt, vo ve rền rĩ; còn những nhánh cao rực sáng, được tô điểm bởi vẻ lộng lẫy của chồi non mới nhú—một lâm viên cát tường, xứng đáng để thờ phụng Pati, Đấng tháo gỡ pāśa (trói buộc) của paśu (linh hồn).
