च्रेअतिओन् ओफ़् अ लिङ्ग कृत्वा कनीयसं लिङ्गं स्नाप्य चन्दनवारिणा चैत्रमासादि विप्रेन्द्राः शिवलिङ्गव्रतं चरेत्

Transliteration

creation of a liṅga kṛtvā kanīyasaṃ liṅgaṃ snāpya candanavāriṇā caitramāsādi viprendrāḥ śivaliṅgavrataṃ caret

Translation

Sau khi nặn một Liṅga nhỏ và tắm rửa Liṅga ấy bằng nước hòa hương đàn, hỡi bậc tối thượng trong hàng Bà-la-môn, hãy thực hành thệ nguyện Śiva-Liṅga bắt đầu từ tháng Caitra; nhờ sự thờ phụng có kỷ luật, paśu (linh hồn bị trói buộc) được hòa hợp với Pati (Śiva).
