Adhyaya 63: Daksha’s Progeny, Kashyapa’s Offspring, and the Rishi-Vamshas that Sustain the Worlds
तैरियं पृथिवी सर्वा सप्तद्वीपा सपर्वता यथोपदेशमद्यापि धर्मेण प्रतिपाल्यते
tairiyaṃ pṛthivī sarvā saptadvīpā saparvatā yathopadeśamadyāpi dharmeṇa pratipālyate
Nhờ họ, toàn thể địa cầu này—cùng bảy châu và các núi non—cho đến hôm nay vẫn được che chở và trị vì bằng Dharma, đúng như lời chỉ dạy; vì thế trật tự được duy trì theo giáo huấn thiêng liêng, tương ưng với Đấng Chúa (Pati).

It frames dharma as the living ordinance that sustains the world; Linga worship is thereby understood as aligning the pashu (soul) and society with Pati’s order, which protects and stabilizes creation.
Shiva-tattva is implied as the supreme regulating principle behind “right instruction” and dharma: Pati establishes the teaching, and through that ordinance the cosmos is preserved, showing Shiva as both transcendent Lord and immanent governor of order.
The verse highlights dharma-anushthana—living by prescribed discipline; in Shaiva terms this supports Pashupata-oriented conduct where right practice and observance become the means to loosen pasha (bondage) under Pati’s guidance.
