Cosmic Abodes of Luminaries and the Shaiva Order of Time

अस्मिन्मन्वन्तरे चैव ग्रहा वैमानिकाः स्मृताः विवस्वानदितेः पुत्रः सूर्यो वैवस्वते ऽन्तरे

asminmanvantare caiva grahā vaimānikāḥ smṛtāḥ vivasvānaditeḥ putraḥ sūryo vaivasvate 'ntare

Trong Manvantara này, các quyền lực hành tinh (graha) được ghi nhớ như những thiên thể thần linh vận hành trên các xa giá trên không. Trong thời kỳ Vaivasvata, Mặt Trời—Vivasvān, con của Aditi—ngự làm chúa tể nhật cung, gìn giữ trật tự vũ trụ, mà rốt ráo nương tựa nơi Pati, tức Śiva.
