इत्येतल्लक्षणं प्रोक्तं युगानां वै समासतः अतीतानागतानां हि सर्वमन्वन्तरेषु वै

Transliteration

ityetallakṣaṇaṃ proktaṃ yugānāṃ vai samāsataḥ atītānāgatānāṃ hi sarvamanvantareṣu vai

Translation
