Adhyaya 40: Kali-yuga Lakshana, Yuga-sandhyamsha, and the Re-emergence of Dharma

मधुमांसैर्मूलफलैर् वर्तयन्ति सुदुःखिताः चीरपत्राजिनधरा निष्क्रिया निष्परिग्रहाः

madhumāṃsairmūlaphalair vartayanti suduḥkhitāḥ cīrapatrājinadharā niṣkriyā niṣparigrahāḥ

Bị khổ não nặng nề, họ tự nuôi thân bằng mật ong, thịt, rễ và trái. Khoác vải vỏ cây, lá và da nai, họ không vướng việc đời, không giữ của cải—hành khổ hạnh để nới lỏng dây trói (pāśa) của pashu và quay về với Pati, đấng Śiva.
