Adhyaya 35 — दधीचि-क्षुप-युद्धम्, भार्गवोपदेशः, मृतसंजीवनी (त्र्यम्बक) मन्त्रः

जप्त्वा हुत्वाभिमन्त्र्यैवं जलं पीत्वा दिवानिशम् लिङ्गस्य संनिधौ ध्यात्वा नास्ति मृत्युभयं द्विज

japtvā hutvābhimantryaivaṃ jalaṃ pītvā divāniśam liṅgasya saṃnidhau dhyātvā nāsti mṛtyubhayaṃ dvija

Sau khi trì tụng (thần chú), sau khi dâng cúng lễ hỏa (huta), và như vậy gia trì nước bằng mantra, hãy uống nước ấy ngày đêm. Khi thiền quán trước sự hiện diện của Śiva-liṅga—hỡi bậc dvija (hai lần sinh)—thì không còn nỗi sợ tử vong.
