सूत्रे नमः शिवायेति छन्दांसि परमे शुभे मन्त्राणि सूक्ष्मरूपेण संस्थितानि यतस्ततः

Transliteration

sūtre namaḥ śivāyeti chandāṃsi parame śubhe mantrāṇi sūkṣmarūpeṇa saṃsthitāni yatastataḥ

Translation

Trong sợi chỉ thiêng của thần chú “Namaḥ Śivāya”, các nhịp điệu Veda (chandas) an trụ trong thực tại tối thượng cát tường; và các thần chú, dưới dạng vi tế, được thiết lập khắp nơi, phát sinh và vận hành từ mọi phương hướng.
