लिङ्गार्चनविधिक्रमः—शुद्धि, न्यास, आसनकल्पना, अभिषेक, स्तोत्र-प्रदक्षिणा

Adhyaya 27

स्नापयेद्विधिना रुद्रं गन्धचन्दनवारिणा पञ्चगव्यविधानेन गृह्य पात्रे ऽभिमन्त्र्य च

snāpayedvidhinā rudraṃ gandhacandanavāriṇā pañcagavyavidhānena gṛhya pātre 'bhimantrya ca

Hãy tắm gội Rudra đúng theo nghi thức, bằng nước ướp hương và hòa đàn hương. Lại theo pháp pañcagavya, lấy trong bình đã được thánh hóa, trước hết trì chú gia trì rồi mới làm lễ tắm rưới—để tôn kính Pati (Śiva) và làm lỏng các sợi pāśa ràng buộc pashu (linh hồn).
