स्नानविधिः — गायत्र्यावाहन, सूर्यवन्दन, तर्पण, पञ्चमहायज्ञ, भस्मस्नान, मन्त्रस्नान

कृत्वा पाणितले धीमान् आत्मनो दक्षिणोत्तरम् हेमाङ्गुलीयसंयुक्तो ब्रह्मबन्धयुतो ऽपि वा

kṛtvā pāṇitale dhīmān ātmano dakṣiṇottaram hemāṅgulīyasaṃyukto brahmabandhayuto 'pi vā

Người hành giả trí tuệ nên sắp đặt nghi thức trên chính lòng bàn tay mình, theo thứ tự phải và trái—đeo nhẫn vàng, và nếu muốn thì cũng mang dây thánh (brahma-bandha).
