Kurma Purana — Uttara Bhaga, Shloka 31

Daily Duties of Brāhmaṇas: Snāna, Sandhyā, Sūrya-hṛdaya, Japa, Tarpaṇa, and the Pañca-mahāyajñas

तस्मात् सर्वप्रयत्नेन संध्योपासनमाचरेत् / उपासितो भवेत् तेन देवो योगतनुः परः

tasmāt sarvaprayatnena saṃdhyopāsanamācaret / upāsito bhavet tena devo yogatanuḥ paraḥ

Vì vậy, với mọi nỗ lực, người ta nên hành trì lễ bái Sandhyā (nghi thức lúc hoàng hôn). Nhờ sự hành trì ấy, Thượng Đế Tối Cao—Đấng có thân thể chính là Yoga—được phụng thờ một cách chân thật.
