Kapila’s Advent: Brahmā’s Confirmation, the Marriage of the Nine Daughters, and Kardama’s Renunciation
This verse shows sages completing household responsibilities (kṛta-dārāḥ) and then returning joyfully to their respective āśramas, illustrating orderly progression within āśrama-dharma.
After their purpose was fulfilled and proper courtesies were exchanged, they respectfully took leave of Kardama Muni and returned to their own hermitages.
Honor life’s duties with integrity, maintain spiritual community and proper respect in relationships, and keep a clear direction toward inner simplicity and devotion as responsibilities conclude.
