आसन्नशौण्डीरमपेतसाध्वसं कृतप्रतीकारमहार्यविक्रमम् । विलक्ष्य दैत्यं भगवान् सहस्रणी- र्जगाद नारायणमादिसूकरम् ॥ २१ ॥

Transliteration

āsanna-śauṇḍīram apeta-sādhvasaṁ kṛta-pratīkāram ahārya-vikramam vilakṣya daityaṁ bhagavān sahasra-ṇīr jagāda nārāyaṇam ādi-sūkaram

Translation

Khi đến nơi giao chiến, Brahmā—lãnh tụ của hàng ngàn hiền triết và bậc tu hành—thấy con quỷ đã đạt sức mạnh chưa từng có, đến nỗi không ai dám đối địch, và nó chẳng hề biết sợ. Rồi Brahmā cất lời với Nārāyaṇa, Đấng lần đầu mang hình tướng Varāha.
