The Lord’s Apology to the Kumāras and the Fall of Jaya and Vijaya
भगवन्तं परिक्रम्य प्रणिपत्यानुमान्य च । प्रतिजग्मु: प्रमुदिता: शंसन्तो वैष्णवीं श्रियम् ॥ २८ ॥
bhagavantaṁ parikramya praṇipatyānumānya ca pratijagmuḥ pramuditāḥ śaṁsanto vaiṣṇavīṁ śriyam
Các hiền triết đi nhiễu quanh Đức Thượng Đế, phủ phục đảnh lễ và trở về trong niềm hoan hỷ lớn, ca ngợi vinh quang thiêng liêng của người Vaiṣṇava.
It is still a respectful practice to circumambulate the Lord in Hindu temples. Especially in Vaiṣṇava temples there is an arrangement for people to offer their respects to the Deity and circumambulate the temple at least three times.
