Paraśurāma Avenges Jamadagni; Restoration Through Sacrifice; Viśvāmitra’s Line and Devarāta (Śunaḥśepha)
This verse states that Paraśurāma (Jāmadagnya Rāma), described as Bhagavān and lotus-eyed, will manifest great influence again in a coming age/period.
Śukadeva is narrating dynastic and avatāra history to Parīkṣit; the direct address “rājan” marks the teaching as guidance for a ruler about how the Lord restores dharma across ages.
Remember that divine help and dharma-protection are recurring themes in the Bhāgavatam; cultivate steadiness in devotion and righteousness, trusting that the Lord’s arrangements unfold in time.
