Nimi’s Disembodied Liberation and the Rise of the Mithilā (Videha) Dynasty
This verse shows that a satra-yajna is a formal, extended sacrificial assembly conducted by exalted sages, culminating in deliberation and instruction given even to the demigods.
The narrative indicates a transition from ritual completion to counsel and decision-making—after the satra concluded, the sages addressed the gathered demigods regarding the next course of action connected to the event at hand.
Complete one’s spiritual duties with reverence and cleanliness, and then seek or offer guidance in the company of the wise—letting spiritual practice lead to clear, purposeful action.
