Transliteration

prāvartata mahāyuddhaṃ pramathāsurayoratha tato 'maragaṇaśreṣṭho viṣṇuścakragadādharaḥ

Translation

تب پرمَتھوں اور اسوروں کے درمیان ایک عظیم جنگ شروع ہوئی۔ پھر امرگنوں میں سب سے برتر، چکر اور گدا دھارنے والے وِشنو میدانِ کارزار میں داخل ہوئے۔
