तत्र यत्प्रकाशते चैतन्यं स क्षेत्रज्ञ इत्युच्यते॥८॥

IAST Transliteration

tatra yat prakāśate caitanyaṃ sa kṣetrajña ity ucyate ||8||

Translation

وہاں جو چَیتنْیَ (شعور) روشن ہو کر جلوہ گر ہوتا ہے، اسی کو ’کشیترجْنَ‘ یعنی میدانِ وجود کا جاننے والا کہا جاتا ہے۔

There, that consciousness which shines forth is called the knower of the field (kṣetrajña).
