With a purified mind, of the nature of pure consciousness, forbearing—(realizing) ‘I am That, the forbearing one; I am That’—when knowledge and realized insight have been attained, and when the knowable Supreme Self is established in the heart, and when, in the body, the state of peace has been obtained, then it becomes devoid of (even) the appearance of mind and intellect.

Atman/Brahman realization; antaḥkaraṇa-śuddhi; mano-nāśa (cessation of mind as a limiting appearance)Mahavakya: Directly aligned with mahāvākya import (especially “अहं ब्रह्मास्मि / तत्त्वमसि”) through the assimilation formula “सोऽहमस्मि (so’ham asmi)” expressing identity of self and the Supreme.AtharvaChandas: Prose (gadya) with repetitive affirmation; not in a strict Vedic meter.
