एतत्परं शिवज्ञानं तत्त्वतस्तदुदाहृतम् । जानाति ज्ञानवानेव नान्यः कश्चिदृषीश्वराः
etatparaṃ śivajñānaṃ tattvatastadudāhṛtam | jānāti jñānavāneva nānyaḥ kaścidṛṣīśvarāḥ
یہ برتر شِو-گیان تَتّو کے مطابق حقیقت کے ساتھ بیان کیا گیا ہے۔ اے رِشیوں کے سردارو! اسے صرف حقیقی دانا ہی سمجھتا ہے، اس کے سوا کوئی نہیں۔

Steady japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with contemplative inquiry into Shiva-tattva is implied; it is best supported by disciplined purity practices such as Tripuṇḍra (bhasma) and Rudrākṣa with focused meditation.
