پنڈلیوں، سرین، کمر اور پہلوؤں میں وامدیَو کا تصور کرے۔ اسی طرح سدیوجات کی آٹھ کلاؤں کو ترتیب کے ساتھ آنکھوں میں دھیانपूर्वک نِیاس کرے۔
